Solution: Check whether the signal line of the queue machine is correctly plugged into the corresponding software interface.
Problem 3: The pager and the evaluator can communicate normally, but cannot be synchronized with the display, that is, the call content cannot be displayed.
Solution: Check whether the signal line of the queue machine window screen is plugged into the corresponding software interface.
Problem 4: The queuing machine cannot start to troubleshoot normally.
Solution: ①Whether the power plug is connected to power; ②Whether the switch behind the queue machine is turned on; ③Please check whether the queue machine is activated (red button, when the queue machine is activated, whether the queue machine has a response to start).
Precautions for using queuing machine:
1. After the end of daily business, turn off the queuing machine, and turn off the power supply of the number picking machine and the power supply of the LED display to extend the service life of the machine;
2. At the connection of the pager module, be careful not to pull it forcibly; if the pager does not display or cannot call, you can re-plug the crystal head;
3. The queuing machine should be taken care of by a dedicated person. The back cover of the cabinet can be opened only when the printing paper is replaced; it is forbidden to play games on the queuing machine, add/delete programs, change software settings, etc.; it is forbidden to connect mobile hard drives, U disks, etc. to the queuing machine computer External storage equipment to prevent damage to the internal components of the cabinet or infection of the number picking machine;
4. Pay attention to the external cleaning of the cabinet to ensure the sensitivity of the touch screen and printer; when printing or moving the machine, be careful not to forcibly pull the lines connected to the queue machine.
